Sunday from 10:00-1:00= 3 hrs., Two French Cooking Courses; upon special request.  No longer offered on a regular basis.

Cooking is a matter of "flavor and taste". This separates many a kitchen from the mediocrity to one of refinement. Under the direction of our executive chefs you will transform raw perishable food to edible delicious gourmet cooking courses. You will find that our "in-house" chefs are opinionated, dynamic and very concerned about teaching you new cooking-skills.

Please look at your payment receipt to see what type of cooking class you bought...then go to that page on this website.
Use the BOOK NOW BUTTON to schedule your cooking class. Send us an email if you have a problem. We conduct some type of a cooking class 5 days a the week. Signing up using our scheduler "Book Now" button is necessary to attend a class and does not require payment.  Once the class quorum is met, an automated reminder notice will be sent by our scheduler 24 hrs. a head of class.  A bientot!

For liability purposes, any leftover food items remain the property of Auberge de Seattlee Cooking School, and are donated to Seattle's food banks when appropriate. We reserve the right to change menu items based on seasonal availability and to replace them with equal or better food items
